What is pulmonary rehab?
Pulmonary rehab is a preventive health-care program that includes exercise and education. Pulmonary rehab is provided by a team of health professionals to help people cope physically, psychologically, and socially with COPD and other lung diseases.

Benefits of pulmonary rehab include increasing your knowledge in the area of understanding your symptoms and medications, learning breathing techniques and relaxation exercises to use when you’re short of breath, and improving your strength and endurance so you’re able to do more things you enjoy.
